Plot Summary

Blind Cheng, a registered bounty hunter of board of punishments, meets Ni Yan, a restaurant daughter who suffered family massacre and personal rape. Onlooking Cheng is then involved into a struggle with darkness forces and steps on the road of justice seeking and revenge.
