Plot Summary

For the first time, a never-before-seen journey into the life of the great cyclist. Through public and private archive material and intimate and touching conversations with family members, the coach of his early days, and his closest friends, the film retraces the life of a great cyclist against the backdrop of his Cesenatico, a small town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, a town of the soul that has never ceased to believe that "one like this does not give up".
