Plot Summary

The fifth and final installment of the AFTER franchise finds Hardin struggling to move forward. He travels to Portugal in search of a woman he wronged in the past - and in hopes of finding himself. Hoping to win back Tessa, he realizes he needs to change before he can make the ultimate commitment.
