Plot Summary

The shooter Eagle One and the rookie spotter Eagle Two are assigned to a mission in a foreign country. He fails to kill the target and falls in disgrace in the agency. Now they are assigned to a new mission together in a building under construction. She has some problems with the addicted security guard O'Hara, but he helps to resolve her problem. When their mission fails again, they learn that they have been betrayed by the agency and must fight to survive.
